1. Overview
This Privacy Policy explains how Infinity Care Partners collects, uses, stores, and protects personal information through our Deploymate mobile application.
The App is designed exclusively for Professionals who are relocating to the United States facilitated by Infinity Care partners to their respective employers/petitioners. We do NOT intend to collect personal health information , protected health information -do not upload or submit any confidential clinical information on this app
The app does not collect any data outside of what we already house in our CRM -client relationship management database for all our customers. This app is simply to share that information for ease of access and use while deploying to the united states.
Portal Access - is granted from approximately when you have a scheduled arrival date and ends 48 hours after confirmed arrival in the United states. The session will expire automatically with a 24 hour notice before hand.
2. Information We Collect
We collect the following categories of personal information in connection with your use of the App:
a) Information You Provide Directly
- Email address (used for OTP-based authentication)
- One-Time Password (OTP) for login verification
- Messages and queries submitted via the in-app Travel Assistant chat
b) Information Retrieved from Our Client Relationship Managemen System
- Full name
- Date of birth
- Primary and alternate email addresses
- Phone number
- Flight itinerary and travel details (departure/arrival dates, airlines, flight numbers, layovers, port of entry)
- Arrival appointment information
- Assigned concierge name, phone, and photo
- Immigration and visa-related information (for display purposes)
c) Documents
- Flight confirmation documents
- Welcome appointment schedules
- Other relocation-related documents stored on our secure servers
d) Automatically Collected Technical Information
- Device type and operating system (iOS or Android)
- Session authentication tokens (stored locally on your device)
- Session activity timestamps
- Arrival confirmation action and timestamp
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
- Authentication: To verify your identity via email-based OTP and maintain secure session access.
- Personalised Experience: To display your travel details, flight information, concierge contact, and arrival appointments within the App.
- Document Access: To retrieve and display documents relevant to your relocation (flight confirmations, welcome appointments).
- Travel Assistance: To power the in-app AI chat assistant, which uses your name, email, and relocation details to answer your questions accurately.
- Arrival Notifications: To notify the Infinity Care Partners team when you confirm your arrival in the United States.
- Support & Communication: To facilitate communication between you, your concierge, and the ICP operations team.
- Security: To detect unauthorised access, expire sessions appropriately, and maintain the integrity of the portal.
5. Data Storage & Security
Your personal information is stored on secure servers. Authentication tokens are stored locally on your device using encrypted storage and are used solely to maintain your session.
We employ the following security measures:
- JWT (JSON Web Token) based authentication with time-limited session tokens
- HTTPS (TLS) encryption for all data transmitted between the App and our servers
- Automatic session expiry 48 hours after confirmed arrival
- Role-based access controls on all server-side APIs
- OTP verification required at every login — no persistent passwords
While we implement industry-standard safeguards, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security but are committed to protecting your information to the best of our ability.
6. Data Retention
Your data is retained in our system for the duration of your engagement with Infinity Care Partners, including your onboarding, placement, and employment period. Session tokens stored on your device are automatically invalidated 48 hours after arrival confirmation or upon logout, whichever occurs first.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information:
- Right of Access: Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
- Right of Correction: Request that inaccurate or incomplete information be corrected.
- Right to Data Portability: Receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
- Right to Withdraw Consent: Withdraw your consent for processing where consent is the legal basis.
8. Children's Privacy
The Candidate Travel Portal is intended exclusively for use by adult healthcare professionals (18 years of age and older). We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 18.
9. Third-Party Services
The App integrates with or references the following third-party services:
- Google Docs Viewer: Used to render document files (PDFs, Word documents) within the App. Documents are passed as encoded URLs; no document content is stored by Google.
- Expo (React Native framework): The App is built using the Expo platform. Expo may collect anonymised crash and diagnostic data per their own privacy policy.
- Airline & flight tracking websites: External links to airline trackers open in a browser and are governed by those third parties' privacy policies.
We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party services you interact with through the App.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, or legal requirements. When we make material changes, we will update this document. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
